I have been cooking for several years and I have learnt a lot from my previous cooking experiences. The day I retired, I decided to follow a Professional training before starting my own company as a home chef which required specific skills.
I passed a CAP and a BREVET PROFESSIONNEL and that is how I started using these new specific skills in a beneficial way.I have a passion for cooking, amateur of good food, what I love above all is to share my interest and my know-how in this field of action.
Rooted in my region and its culture, my cuisine reflects my values. I am simple and tasteful, presented in the dish, my cuisine is elaborated with fresh and seasonal products that mainly come from local producers.
